I have been writing and arranging music for the kantele, a zither-like instrument native to Finland, ever since 2001. I have also written six books of kantele music, which I sell on
my own website. Two of the books are instruction books for those who want to learn how to play either a five or ten string kantele. I am currently working on a collection of songs inspired by the Kalevala and hope to write at least one song for each of the fifty runes contained in that book.
